Job Description:
C13 Security is seeking a Tactical Armed Security Officer with experience to join our team. As a C13 Tactical Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security and protection services to our clients, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security, with a focus on tactical operations. The ability to respond quickly to emergency situations and make critical decisions is crucial. As a member of the C13 team, you will embody the military ethos of “Charlie Mike” (continue the mission) and exhibit a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security and protection services to clients
- Conduct patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security threats
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action
- Monitor and control access to facilities and property
- Conduct security assessments and recommend security improvements
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and law enforcement agencies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid state-issued armed security license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or private security
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
